DOST ORGANIZES TECH TRAINING ON FISH PROCESSING IN MERCEDES, CAMARINES NORTE

The Department of Science and Technology Provincial Science and Technology Center - Camarines Norte (DOST PSTC - Camarines Norte) organized a two-day technology training-cum-production workshop on fish processing last 29-30 March 2022 at Brgy. 6, Mercedes, Camarines Norte. Thirty (30) participants attended the training that enabled them to learn the methods of Bangus deboning and sardines bottling.

The activity is in partnership with the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources - Camarines Norte Provincial Office (BFAR - CNPO), Local Government Unit of Mercedes, and Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Negosyo Center Mercedes.
