(Updated 2:27 p.m.) The Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA), Philippine National Police (PNP), and Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) have released a list of areas which remain flooded as of Wednesday, August 8.
The MMDA, via their official Twitter account @MMDA, listed the following areas considered impassable in the National Capital Region:
As of 5:20 a.m., Cainta Junction; waist deep, not passable to all types of vehicle. #mmda
As of 5:24 a.m., Marcos Highway-Masinag; waist deep, not passable to all type of vehicle. #mmda
As of 5:55 a.m., C4 Lascano NB/SB; 17-20 inches; R.Papa not passable to light vehicle
As of 6:07 a.m., C.Raymundo/De Castro; Chest deep
As of 6:08 a.m., Reina Reigente Recto is waist deep; Alvarado to Rizal Avenue is knee deep; CM Recto-Rizal WB is waist deep; Doroteo Jose Soler up to the knee; Ramon Magsaysay Blvd: V.Mapa, waist deep #mmda
As of 6:47 a.m., EDSA P. Tuazon Tunnel is not passable. #mmda
As of 7:30 a.m., Araneta Ave to Caliraya - neck deep; N.Domingo to Gilmore - subsided; Maria Clara-Araneta, not passable to all types of vehicle; Quirino Singalong Taft Roxas Blvd, subsided; CM Recto-Quezon Blvd, not passable to all types of vehicle; Ortigas de Castro, chest deep; Ramon Magsaysay Blvd-V.Mapa, waist deep; Doroteo Jose to Soler, knee deep
As of 8:00 a.m., Aurora Blvd-Araneta Ave; waist deep, not passable to all types of vehicle.
9:26 a.m. update
Quezon City: E. Rodrigez-Araneta, Talayan-Araneta, Araneta Kaliraya and Araneta Ma. Clara is not passable to all types of vehicle (waist deep).
Osmeņa Hway: Gil Puyat is not passable.
San Juan Area: F. Manalo Blumentrit, Brgy. Salapan, Rivera St. , A.Fernandez, R.Fernandez, San Joaquin, San Perpecto, Aurora SM Center Point is not passable to all types of vehicles.
Western: CM Recto-Rizal W/b-(waist deep), Doroteo to Jose Soler- (Knee deep), RMD V.Mapa-(waist deep).
Espaņa, Manila City Hall, UN Taft, RMB Pureza and RMB Old Sta.Mesa is not passable to light vehicles.
Recto Underpass is not passable too all types of vehicles.

Recto to Loyola - not passable to all types of vehicles as of 10:50 a.m.
Lerma to Morayta - waist deep as of 10:50 a.m.
Ongpin - waist deep as of 10:50 a.m.
Meanwhile, PNP spokesman Chief Superintendent Generoso Cerbo Jr. said that according to the PNP Highway Patrol Group, the roadway to the Heritage/ Pasay / Roxas Blvd, US Embassy area also remains flooded and impassable as of 6 a.m.
Cerbo also said that information from the Rizal HPG indicated that as of 7 a.m., the following areas remain flooded and impassable to all types of vehicles:
Marcos Highway, Antipolo
Ortigas Ave. Extension, Cainta
Imelda Ave. Cainta
Highway 2000, Taytay
C6 (Barkadahan Bridge, Taytay)
Marcos Highway, vicinity of Calumpang San Jose, Antipolo (totally not passable due to road collapse of about 80 meters & 10 people were injured)
Marcos Highway in front of Filinvest Antipolo not passable to cars as of 10:30 a.m.
On the other hand, LRTA spokesman Hernando Cabrera said other flooded areas also include those near at least nine LRT-1 stations and four LRT-2 stations.
"Baha po ang street level sa area ng (floods up to street level are noted near) Libertad, Quirino, Pedro Gil, United Nations Avenue, Doroteo Jose, Tayuman, Bambang, Blumentritt at R. Papa stations," he said on his Twitter account.
But he said there was no flood reported near the Gil Puyat and Monumento stations.
On the other hand, Cabrera said street-level floods were also noted in areas near LRT-2 stations C.M. Recto Avenue, V. Mapa, Legarda, and Pureza stations.
The LRT-1 links Roosevelt Avenue in Quezon City to Baclaran in southern Metro Manila while the LRT-2 links C.M. Recto in Manila to Santolan in the Marikina-Pasig area.
