Council execs put heads together for NRCP's strategic direction

The Members of the Governing Board of the National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP) held their 2017 Strategic Planning on 1 to 2 September 2017 at the Bayleaf Hotel, Intramuros, Manila.

The 2-day strategic workshop was led by Division III (Medical Sciences) Chair Dr. Raul V. Destura, who applied the principles of strategic management step by step, from organizational assessment and diagnosis to financial and strategic goals setting, providing actionable items for NRCP to achieve its updated mission and vision.
