NRCP AND SLSU TEAM UP FOR RESEARCH AND EXTENSION WRITESHOP

The National Research Council of the Philippines partnered with Southern Luzon State University (SLSU) for the latter's first Interdisciplinary Research and Extension Writeshop last October 25, 2018 at the SLSU CAM Auditorium in Lucban, Quezon Province. SLSU sought NRCP's help to guide the university in identifying research areas and programs according to the research priorities of the government.

Diesmos (4th from left), chair of the NRCP Division of Biological Sciences, and Dr. Gregorio E.H. del Pilar (5th from left), chair of the NRCP Division Social Sciences, gave lectures on NRCP National Integrated Basic Research Agenda and shared techniques in writing research program proposals. NRCP science research specialists Ms. Ma. Estrella V. Borillo (2nd from left) and Ms. Mary Charlotte O. Fresco (3rd from left) gave an overview of the NRCP membership and presented its new criteria for accepting new members.
