ISU produces over 200 new agriculturists

TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan, Nov. 19 (PIA) - - The Isabela State University (ISU) produced a total of 261 new agriculturists from its eight satelitte campuses in the recently concluded†Agriculturist Licensure Examination given by the†Board of Agriculture in November.

Its main campus, ISU Echague has the highest number of passers with 123 followed by ISU Cabagan with 45 passers, ISU Roxas with 33 passers, ISU San Mariano with 27 passers, ISU Cauayan with 20 passers, ISU Jones with 12 passers and ISU San Mateo with 1 passer.

"Letís encourage them to help us develop smart agriculture in region 2, " said Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Regional Director Sancho Mabborang said in a facebook comment.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that†5,538†out of†13,492†passed the Agriculturist Licensure Examination.†(MDCT/PIA-2)
